Default tC Help!!

THis sounds so dumb.. but ohw ell!

I installed speakers in my car over the weekend, and everything was great all day today, until my girlfriend slammed my passenger door. Now my window won't go up! It's stuck down!

The little light on the switch dooesnt light up, the locks on that side work fine though. Is there a fuse somwhere for jsut the passenger side? I didnt find one.

any idea how to pinpoint the problem? thanks.

Did you have the battery disconnected? Did you reset the windows after you reconnected the battery?

Other than that I dunno. Take it to the dealer.

its not the jam function, by the way, and the dealer can't fix, cuz i instaleld aftermarket speakers, im sure that voided my window warranty.

try resetting it.... My windows had to do that after i disconnectec my battery installing my cold air intake.

what you do is pull back on the window levers, and hold them for about 10 seconds. You have to do the driver side at the driver door, and the passenger at the passenger door. I.E. you cant do them both from the driver door.

So, turn on car, pull back on window levers, hold for 10 seconds or so, release. Then give the windows some time to reset.

They'd have to prove the speakers caused the windows to fail. Take it to them and if they aren't dicks they should look at it.
