tC makes Forbes List of 10 cars that hold their resale value
Here is the excerpt for you tC peeps. The full article is linked below.
But here again the power of uniqueness trickles down to less expensive cars, albeit in a slightly different way. Vehicles with loads of personality, as opposed to low production numbers, also dominate this list, from the curvy Solstice and Sky drop-tops to the highly customizable Mini Cooper S and Scion tC. “People are seeing great value in these ‘statement vehicles,’” Ibara says, even if the cachet they command isn’t based on price.

I am VERY surprised to see that Jeep Wranglers aren't on there... They sell so well. I saw someone with a 1997 with 121,000 sell it for almost 6,500!! You can always sell a Jeep. But good to see that the tC is up there.

Thats good that my parents chose the Tc as my first car. Even though i had some misfortunes like a week and half after i had it(hail damage), i still cant stop wanting to mod my tc. If only money grew on trees
not if you got miles
i have 70000 miles and i was quoted 7500 bucks for my tC, i just laughed at them and walked away (worst part was it was the dealer i worked at) then i went next door to VW and they told me 13,000
i was like thats more like it _____essss

Thats the reason I bought my tC brand new, I was in the market for a used honda/toyota but got tried of everyone asking a ____load of cash for their older vehicles and just said ____ it....I will buy a nice new car with no miles on it for a "little bit more".

Yeah I was originally going to get a 2000 Honda Civic Si. My bank told me the loan payments would be 250 a month. Thats when I thought to myself, why not spend an extra 50 bucks to get something brand new with under 10 miles on it.
