just got to listen to it, I was at work before and couldn't. Weedwacker it is indeed, that is funny. I was actually expecting to hear the exhaust, but it's funnier that way.

 

I know someone that put a somewhat decent muffler on his tC. Its a custom axle-back and for some reason its quieter than my moms TRD exhaust.

Just thought it was weird that he spent about $100 including muffler and has a lower tone. Verses our $499 and its louder.

Not saying I dont like the TRD because I think it sounds sexy!!!!

This has nothing to do with unbolting the muffler. :D
Why dont you just try it and see what happens. Its only 2 bolts, since the car is new they should come right off and go back on with ease.

 

yeah I took mines off today cause I was supposed put another one on....but I wont be able to get it on there 'till 2morrow, but it does sound like a dead cow farting.haha
