I thought I had this scumbag dealer owned, but I guess he's bending me over instead. Oh well maybe I will get it soon. Question what dealer are you gettin yours at I'm at Rohrich Scion, my dealer is some guy named Karl. Hahaha that name really sucks, reminds me of a Hot Carl every time I say it.
I'm at rohrich as well, but my dealer is Brian Breinig, who is a great guy. I checked both rohrichscion.com and rohrichktoyota.com and can't find a guy named karl. He just probably isn't up on the site yet or something.

Since you have only been waiting 1 wk and a day, don't worry too much. I was told 4 weeks most likely and got it in half that. Plus if you do some searching you will see that scion gets an allotment of tCs in each region, each being a certain number of each color and transmission and the sales manager has to request the vehicles he wants. If another dealer sells more tCs than rohrich in this region or had their request in first, you might have to wait for the next allotment, which is every two weeks on the 1st and the 16th(as I heard from a dealer) and if they get it it has to be shipped from the port. If you got an auto, I'm pretty sure that they are high in demand right now, as well as white I believe. Just wait and hell if you want call brian and talk to him, he and his finance manager Edie, bent over backwards to help me with financing.

Also, where at in the burgh are you? I'm in Oakland, going to Pitt.

Funny how dealers insist on money as an "act of good faith" but get upset when customers don't trust them implicitly!

My brother is in the same boat. They told him that the car was on it's way and it should be their in a few days. The dealer had a sheet that told them the vin number and all of the features of the car. They proceded to sell him the car and take his $5000. deposit for the car. It's been two weeks later and no one has seen the car or even know where it's at. They told him that the car is still at the dock and they also told him that it was in freight. To me they are screwing him around. I have called scion corp. and the dealer many many times to see what they could do for him. They keep telling me to wait. that the car will be arriving soon. They told my brother that they would have to redo the contract, but I still something should be conpensated from the dealer for all the troubles he's gone through. Don't you guys agree.

Please give me Ideas of What I should do?

"only"? Toyota best estimate was 40,000 to start with, and 60,000 per year would make excellent sucess story... 60k per year is an huge number for sporty 2 door coupe.

Reason tC is going to be relativly easy to get is that from start on they have had enough cars and production was always pretty high since they expected the damand... Several weeks of wait is pretty nice for hot car...

Well if it is around 40-60 they plan to make, then get yers soon because I took mine off the boat 5 days ago and it was around number 21700! Last months sales numbers were around 4700ish if I remember right.

My car is in the 14,000s and it's a little under a month old.

They really are shipping these cars out at an amazing rate then.
