Default tC suspension and wheel fittment questions

So, I have been looking at this forum non-stop for days now and I have a question about a possible config and wanted your opinions. I am thinking of going with staggard wheels, with 18x8 +35mm up front with 18x9 either +38mm or +40mm in the rear. I am looking at 225's on the front and 235's on the rear. I would also like to go with Progress CS1 coilovers. First off, will I need to roll the rear fenders to fit those wheels and tires on it? Second, what kind of rubbing might I get? I want to get the coilovers so that I can ride higher in the winter snow, and ride lower in the summer sun. What do you think? Also, which offset on the rears would make it appear more flush? Thanks in advance!
