Tc Tunerz how is there reliability?...

I've known the guy that runs tCTunerz for over 5 years, one of the nicest and most honest guy's I've ever met (I'd let my daughter date him....if I had a daughter and if he wasn't married....)
I have purchased serveral products from tcTunerz and haven't had any probs - I do understand that there was a period of time that there were some issues with people in the Corolla community, however there are circumstances involved with that beyond anyone's control.
Quick, the owner has been dedicated to the entire Toyota community for years and while I understand that some people had bad experiences in the past, I think that quick has shown his chracter and will be quick (no pun) to admit blame and try whatever he can to fix a bad situation.
that's just my opinion
