Default Test drove the tC today. wow!

Finally found a dealer with some tC's available, so I drove to Enfield and drove a SSM 5sp tC.

First impressions:

1. nice sound to engine/exhaust, but could be a little more "robust". Nothing an aftermarket exhaust can't fix.

2. Handles so much nicer than my current POS, hyundai, but then again, a horse and wagon pretty much handles better. The salesman let me take the car on to 91 and took the exit ramp pretty quickly, but the car held very nicely. At 80, it purred.

3. More room inside than I expected.

4. Very clean looking dash. I like how the radio is hidden.

Overall, its a very sweet car. Once I figure out my finances, it will be mine!

I bought a SSM 5sp tC from the Enfield dealership a couple weeks ago. I would've liked to take the tC for a test drive on 91, but when I test drove a tC there, the salesman only let me take it for like a 5 minute ride around town.

The salesman I had was Robert. Basically went down Palomba drive, took a right at the end of it, hopped onto 91 and stayed on that for only a few minutes and got right off, circled around and came back.

It was definately a nice ride though. I took it easy on the gears, probably shifting earlier than i needed to, but it was a new car and I had to behave.

how do you like your car so far. Any problems after two weeks?

Bought mine from Branch in Watertown. You drove quite a bit to get to Enfield.

Glad to see we've won another convert.

I am very happy with my car so far, I've been driving it 60 miles to work each way, it handles really well on the highway and have put about 2500 miles on it so far. I drive it whenever I can. I've had no problems yet.

I went in one day just to check them out... no plans on even buying a car at the time... the salesperson threw me the keys and told me to take it for a spin, very nice to have them let me take it for a while... I had it for about 30 min. Called them back the next day and ordered my IIP 5 spd with TRD exhaust, strut brace, blue LED kit, autodimming mirror, floor mats , sub, and fog lights I've had it for about 12,000 miles so far and love it!!!

Not too far for me actually. I live in Springfield so the Enfield exit off of 91 is only about 6 miles away from me. Maybe a total drive of about 10 miles to the Enfield dealership.

Even if it was 50 miles though, it would have been worth the trip. The tC looks even prettier in person. Would you believe I've yet to see (or rather "notice" ) one on the road? Ive seen a few of the Xb's (how can you miss those?). By the summertime, Im hoping to have mine

I've had mine almost 8 months and I'm still head over heals for my car. I washed it yesterday, and again today when I got back from Austin. No bugs on the tC! =)

Had mine since early December and am still thrilled every time I get behind the wheel. Love the car

At 6300 miles absolutely no problems except I had a close encounter with a curb today and scuffed one of my rims. Curb rash sucks!

Thanks for letting me know. I don't know where I will buy mine from yet, but its nice knowing that if it needs to go in for service, the Enfield dealership offers good service.
