I would like to mention that unlike AEM and like kits that utilize the stock calipers, ST Has all new LARGE 4 piston front calipers with oversized reverse slot rotors and a stainless brake line kit. Yet it is for the front, the rear is less of a concern caliper wise. Good pads (like Hawk HP/HP Plus) and the ST direct replacement reverse slot rotors ; you will have more than enough stopping power. I think I will be able to get a full kit together front and rear with pads, lines, and front calipers. For under $2000.00, would this be of interest to any of you?

Only improper bleeding of the brakes will affect ABS.

I know all the StopTech stuff is high quality and worth the money, however, I think most of us would pass on that. All of us with tCs have new brakes which are quite good. If my car was out of warranty and I needed new rotors, I would consider it. Or if I was making my car a show car or autocross/track car, I would also consider it. But, once again, for my money, a stock caliper with larger rotors and Hawk pads would probably be more than adequate, even if I did want to autocross or do a racetrack driving school.

If they're from StopTech, they're the same price as the kit KnowledgePerformance posted above. They're the same kit, with the same part number. $1795 from StopTech.

But there are other options, and as far as I know, all the Celica brake kits will work on the tC, since the braking parts are the same.
