coupon? you mean the 3 free oil changes? they dont charge you for anything unless u want them to do extra stuff besides the oil change.

no, I got an extra on top of the 3 free oil changes... my dealer called it a "vehicle care program (VCP)" which basically includes free oil changes and tire rotations for two years

I suspect this premium Toyota Auto Care is basically a service contract sold by the OP's dealer

 

i dont know what i bought... but i regret it..
