They have one more chance this Tuesday to fix the car before I proceed with legal proceedings.
As for spending time getting my car fixed, I've talked to scion almost daily. I spend WAY too much time trying to get the car fixed. I've dealt with all the local dealers. I'm not driving 100+ miles to go to a different dealer to have them do the same thing as the local ones.
Short list of problems would be.
Rattles (trunk, dash, right rear, and several others...)
Pillars peeling/bubbling
Dash
Stereo door, console
Paint chips (didn't even really consider that an issue, but after reading all the people with silver ones that have the same issue, it maybe)
Plus, there is stuff like the clutch/shifter, idle, surging, bad fit body panels, bad fit interior panels, and numerous other issues.
