By McClarren F1 I mean tC, and by 240 mph I mean 127. But, we all know that right?

hahahahaha
124mph = 200kph, so the tC does over 200!

My tC tops out at 87mph. . . anything faster and it vanishes into thin air, leaving a trail of fire for no apparent reason.

Yeah, I bought one of these http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main...e392f19dd39400

I read one of the reviews posted on that link

The product came as advertised, but due to an error by my brother who is color blind, he reversed the red & green wires causing my Pinto to implode rather than explode. Now I've created a small temporal vortex in my back yard that has proceeded to swallow up a Dodge Dart, a Chevy Citation, and a Plymouth Valiant beofre finally coming under control.

Maybe an automatic tC (with enough horses) can reach 170 or whatever number you guys were arguing about. I think the auto tC has a much taller gearing than the stick.

I still think they were looking at their KPH rather than their MPH. Sounds more realistic with the numbers they claimed. IMO

yeah ive hit 127 several times. it cuts out every time.

my friend has a 99 Mustang GT and he rigged a switch inline with the wire that goes from the transmission to the sending unit im assuming and when he activates the switch the speedometer gauge drops to zero and he can keep going. Now you might be asking, whats the point of that if he cant see how fast hes going, well his car came with 16" rims and every car with that size rim from the factory cuts off at 120mph and every car with 17"s cuts off at 150 due to tire ratings i believe. But anyway, he has 3.73 final drive rear gears and his speedo isnt callibrated for that gear ratio so the speedo climbs faster than normal and would hit 120mph before he even reached the end of the quarter mile hehe. now he just hits the switch and hauls ___! i wonder if we can do this to our cars?

I think ive hit 125 more or less. Its way too easy to go over 100 on these cars, I was just driving and didnt notice i was going over 100 until my radar detector went crazy...

I hit 167 with this and only this. Might I mention that it does 0 to 60 in a mere 2.3 seconds.
