TRD Aurion
^ Actually, the Aurion is the next model above the Camry. Australia has the same Camry that we currently have in America, but they also have the Aurion which is completely missing from our lineup. The Aurion is Australian-built, and kind of fits into a niche market which doesn't exist in America - big, powerful, sporty V6 sedans. The Aurion competes with the Ford Falcon and Holden Commodore.
Yeah, too bad it's front-wheel drive. Apparently it's the world's most powerful front-wheel drive car though. Puts out about 325hp.
I was reading that TRD has branched out as an independent manufacturer and dealer in Australia, kind of the same way you would think of Scion vs Toyota here in America. The Aurion is not, by name, a Toyota - it's a TRD. I wonder if we will get the TRD brand as a manufacturer in the U.S.

Hmmm, dunno. I know it can be imported and registered if you can get it to meet our safety and emissions standards. I think the biggest hurdle would be passing emissions, because that would probably require some pretty expensive modifications. I'm pretty sure this car does not conform to our emissions standards without modification, but I don't know that for a fact.
