When someone gets this thing, please post a link or better yet, post the full text of this. If there is a new TSB for hatch rattles (or any new TSBs for that matter), there are a ton of people who would be interested in knowing about it.

I just gave the tsb number to my friend, who is a service manager at my local dealer. He said he will look it up. He did say the the tsb code, BO009-05, is a body code. The letter "B" in the tsb number designates that this is a body item. Hopefully this is the fix.

This same TSB # was posted several weeks ago. I think the LONGO dealer actually performed this TSB on a tC. From what I remember, the problem was with the SHOCKS and not the actual hatch.

Maybe the actual poster will read this thread and respond with more info.

Hmmm just looked it up. Your right. It is the same TSB# that's odd because it's a rattle and the guy was describing a sorta CLUNK noise...ODD!

Guys dont get too excited. It didnt do jack to my car. All it calls for is the replacement of the rear shocks that hold the hatch open. DOnt get excited like me who thought it was fixed til i rolled out the dealer and hit the first bump. thats my 2 cents...........
