FOR REAL!!! but i yelled at my dad for not telling me HA! so it's all good. I laughed the whole time i was at the dealer when he told me..we got a good laugh at it..so it's coo.

 

I just took my tC in last week for rattleing noises. There is one TSB out for the hatch sound. It is from the shocks that hold the rear hatch. My car did not fall under this TSB because it was produced in March and has since then "so called" corrected. However, I do hear sounds back there but it seams like it's from the rear window.

I also have rattles from behind the steering wheel/instrument pannel, and the from vent area.

They placed a bunch of foam in the front instrument pannel to try and resolve the rattle, but it's still there. They want me to bring it back in. I am going to wait until Tuesday/Wednesday because they said there the least busy then. It's an all day thing to get something like this fixed. I had to leave mine over night last time. Lakeland Toyota was nice enough to give me a loaner car.

 

Any more info on this TSB?

 

I have the ratlle and I want it fixed, I am hoping this might be my fix as well

they hatch shocks on on backorder
the dealer has them ordered for my car if they come in soon ill report if it fixed anything

My dealer just called (well, I had to call them) and my parts are in for this TSB. Getting done on WED. Will post back the results.

BTW, I did try cheap fix by adding bigger stoppers to the hatch and I think (since I just did in past hour) that this did help the rattle a lot!!! Will test out more in next day.
