This is overkill but everytime I have to park next to someone that is closer than I think they need to be I will take a Pic of their Plate with my phone. That way if they run off I can still get them for it.

heat it with a gun or hair dryer, doesn't look too bad so it may lift up on its own under heat.

I can hardly see it, FM=too reflective

But yeah, Nu-Finish like Stock said

as for the dent, go to a bodyshop and they'll pop it out, or you could look for this thing called the dent king or something and pop it out yourself

I use dry ice for dents. Small ones like that it usually works pretty good. Hope that helps.

You do it when the cars been out in the sun and you just place the dry ice on it(the dent) which causes the dented area to condense and pop out, sometimes it will remove it completley but usually it just makes it much less noticeable. I/'ve heard that if you can get to the inside of the dent it/'s much better. I wouldnt use the heat gun because heat will work harden metal and then you really wont get it out.

dent pro, dent masters, dent yada yada, any one of the paintless dent removal places should be able to get it out. they are pretty cheap.

well here the heat form the sun, heats the car and the dents pop out or become less noticeable. my truck has done this many times, thats the only explaination I have for it.
