It's kind of hard to call it an accident when you intentionally drive into water in front of you.

I hope everything works out ya bud.

But even if it was an accident, I don't understand how insurance would cover it.

I take that back..how could it even be an accident?
You obviously would have seen water?

You can't blame it on the police for not correctly blocking off the roads, or not sanding down the cones properly.

It's common sense.
Take a different route home, or don't go home at all.

1st. your tC looks like an alligator hunting its prey (grand Cherokee) in the amazon river.

2nd. if you are deprived of oxygen drowning in water around your car, don't forget some oxygen supply in your tires.

3rd. killing your car this way that you currently financed with probably a high APR is a good way to ditch it and get a new car under Toyota's current promotion of 0% APR for 60 months due to their recall issues.

4th. I'm just kidding.

hope everything works out for ya with the insurance claim.

I meant it more as the hardware is clean, not the car itself, but I'm just retarded.

Presenting the Scion tC...aquarium. Scrap everything except the body and sink it in a large lake or the ocean...would eventually make a great reef (LOL). Seriously, that does suck, but "accidents" do happen.

It would have been really funny if you opened the door and all the water ran out, plus a couple of fish too, then the fish flopped around on the ground.

The cops and emergency workers have a bit to do during those situations.. so of course they dont have every road blocked off immediately. It is not even partly their fault, and you shouldnt be acting like they are the stupid ones. And most would probably think "no one would actually purposely drive into that.. ".

And driving into that was 110% your fault (and a terrible idea).

I grew up in an area that used to see a lot of flooding and most of us just marveled at why anyone would driving into water like that and not expect the results.
