ok this kinda makes sense...but idk...when you install an intake you obviously put more air in the engine...so would make sense to boost your fuel pressure a lil right? or not? lol i really have no clue...if you should how would you go about it? thanks for any info guys....

 

makes no sense. the maf will detect the increase in air flow and add more fuel as needed.

You would have to do fuel mods if you are talking about a massive increase in power. Like a turbo maybe. You can increase fuel by adding bigger injectors or a higher pressure fuel pump.

I am not 100% sure if the tC needs it with a turbo, I mod wankels not boingers.

 

start messing with the fuel when you add cams, turbo/sc, or a few other mods

 

ya ik that you need bigger cc injectors with a turbo...just one of those things my buddy said and i was just makin sure he was a complete idiot lol.

 

There's no need to do anything with the fuel pressure when adding a short ram or true cold air intake. You're not really adding that much more oxygen to the air intake. Going with boost, however, and it would be a good idea.
