Default vibration at stand still?

so anytime i sit at like, a light or stopsign i get this vibration (no noise) and the car has 21k on it.

mobil 1 synthetic 5w30 its entire life and on the dot, every 5k miles,
and i hardly drive it hard! like once a week maybe ill floor it for a few seconds..
never manually shifted, never braked hard.. ..

anymore info needed? lol it might be nothin but paranoia

well ur supposed to change them at that time for regular maintenance. but it could be faulty or not working correctly.

i'm saying check them to see that they are running properly.

A little bit of vibration isn't a big deal. It's an engine under the hood, and you're of course going to feel what's going on if the RPMs fall below a certain point. Idle is set right above the point where the engine tends to idle a little "too" rougly.

HR makes a good point too. When the compressor initially clicks on during idling, it's going to pull down your RPMs a bit, and that's going to create some more vibrations for a little while.

I woudln't worry about it unless you're seriously shaking or your RPMs are below about... 650 I believe? It might be 700. It's sort of hard to read the tach at idle, but my best guess would be about 650. It's about right from what I've heard of other 4-cylinder engines.
