Wait for a tie rod?

Wait for a tie rod?
Since my accident on Monday, I am waiting for an inner tie rod so I can get back on the road. Problem is that there are no inner tie rods in US. Dealer is saying two weeks. Does this sound correct? Anything I can do to get faster?
