1. I don't know what's wrong with yours, but mine goes into gear very easily. I shift with 2 fingers most of the time.

2. Clutch took some getting used to, but nothing I would hate my tC over.

3. Leather seats are awesome.

4. No sunroof noise for me.

5. I really have nothing to complain about. The car is exactly what I thought it would be for a cheap car.

the seats do suck, and dealers refuse to accept that it does.

No problem with shifting, the seats staining or the clutch. My gripes:

- Low build quality (rattles, squeaks and noise galore!)

- The fact the whole car has the stiffness of a wet noodle. The sunroof pops because the whole body is flexing and the glass can't. This is exacerbated by the fact I have aftermarket (stiffer) springs. Compare to the Mini Cooper with the big moonroof on it.......

I hate to think what it would be like without all the extra weight and reinforcement they supposedly added to it.

I got what I paid for and I am perfectly happy with it. The only issue is getting into reverse sometimes with the manual.

x3 ^

i just "double clutch" and it is fine. i recently filled out my survey they mail to you after buying a new scion and mentioned that in the "clutch/tranny" portion of the survey.

the car is unbelievably well equipped for the price of a bone stock tC.

my biggest gripe is... well.... i dont really have any :-/

yeah it has some squeaks, but hey, thats what a radio is for. I dont have any problems wiht the shifter, though my clutch is a little on the soft side.

but overall, i love my car just hte way it is

The car's weight. We drive a tank to begin with, but when my friends pile in, it's so hard to get moving.
