Best case scenario, she'll learn to use restraint for those future incidents in her life, the boy will learn that obeying certain rules is a good idea if he doesn't want to deal with the consequences and her insurance will pay up since the police report is an official document that they'll have to deal with saying it was her fault.
Worst case scenario, you talk to your insurance and they'll fight it out with her insurance, likely win, you'll get cut a check and you'll get your bumper replaced. You really don't want to take this on the chin for someone you don't know and later on possibly have a bumper that's cracked with no hope for reimbursement when you replace it.
Anyway, sorry to hear about the accident and about the deer... I'm happy as hell that you're reporting your car handled well and you were completely saved from dealing with dead deer and more tC battle-scars. 60-20 in 1 second = good car
