well that exact link goes to an '05-'06 which.. wouldn't fit.. what is your's? an '07?
and the site apparently doesn't have the part listed.. but i figure i link you to that to give you an idea pretty much how much it's gonna cost to replace yours.
you can email ken at trdsparks to get the exact part you need.

why are you wanting to spend the money to get that piece replaced? Its only their for emission purposes so unless you live in a stict emissions state, you dont have to spend the money to replace it.
edit: Oh wait, I just saw your from socal so i guess i see why you need it.

well then i guess they either didnt check the filter element to see if it leaks HC or he has a filter that is approved to keep in HC like a K&N filter. that filter attached to the stock air box is just their so you can use any filter when its time to change your filter. Otherwise you would have to use an approved air filter or you wont pass emissions.
yea you should be. From what i understand, all k&n filters are approved for emission purposes. Not 100% on that though but you really dont need to replace your air box so long as you use an approved filter. That means no cheap filters for you. I think you should be fine though with your K&n.

yeah.. K&N tested however under stock conditions...
meaning.. that charcoal filter not being removed... and the drop-in filter directly replacing the normal air filter..
that charcoal filter was never intended to be removed in the first place.
