In the DJ arena, Pioneer owns all. Their mixes and CD decks are fantastic and pretty much the industry standard.

I think the best part about the 10"er Bazooka, is that you know it isnt killing your alternator like most big systems do after a while.

very true mines set on xB mode I guess the tC mode is just for "Totally Cool" while the xB mode is for "xtreme Boom"

my friend add some bass to his stock HU and when his was set to tC it was alright but when he changed it to xB he had to turn it down because it was like an entirely different car with all that bass.

 

I was hell bent on upgrading the whole sound system when I got the car but so far I have been pretty damn content with it...pretty impressive for stock!

 

How does that area of the trunk look in previous year models?

Yeah, for me it's entirely too boomy on FM Radio. I set the SSP to "flat" and so far that has been the best setting. Turn up treble +2 and it's not bad. I'm still looking to upgrade though. I miss how I could listen to any song on my old upgraded stereo on my old car and hear stuff I had never heard before in the recording. It can get quite muddy with the stock stereo on the tC.

I need to do the same thing hahaha. put the bass on 5 while youre stopped at a red light look at the drivers around you youll see rolling eyes everywhere. I just set it on 1, 2 or none so as not to hurt my ear lol.
