I just purchased a 2007 tc last night. As i was driving home on the freeway, i heard a whistleing noise most likely comming from the front windsheild. Its the same noise when you are driving and you have your windows open a bit. But i made sure all windows, doors and sunroof were closed. has anyone ever experienced this or is it just my car?

 

The throttle body whistles when you give it 20-30% throttle. that might be what your hearing.

 

Is it an RS3?

 

im pretty sure thats not the same noise. it almost sounds like air is penetrating through the seals of the windsheild.

 

dont know what an rs3 is.

 

Only thing I could think of.

omg thats its. I was just wondering what i had got myself into bc i just purchased it last night. thanks for your help. i tried searching in the forums but nothing came up. I called the dealer and they said thats the way the car is.
