Who to complain to?

Default Who to complain to?

I picked up my BCP tC on 11/22. On the 23rd, I started having trouble with the hatch - it would not lock most of the time. I took it to the dealer on the 26th (day after Thanksgiving). They duplicated the problem, and ordered a new latch, telling me they had gotten the hatch to lock, and I shouldn't use it until the part arrived and was repaired (under warranty, of course).

Today is the 13th, so it's now been 2 1/2 weeks, and the part still isn't in! I don't think yelling at the dealer will help, since they aren't the ones who have to send the part. Who can I complain to? Scion HQ?

Chea man... Scion HQ, I have a Mazda, we got to mazdausa.com and they help us out all the time. A friend of mine had a few problems, they gave him a new Mazda6, so he was happy.

PM us for anythign you want for any Scion, we now have CF hoods, cf/chrome/paintable Exterior B Pillars, custom spoilers, cf/vinyl/paintable eyelids, for all cars, plus much muhc more. Thanks!

Try asking the service manager for the scion service reps name and a number so you can call him. It is not the dealers fault but the scion rep can sometimes get things moving a little faster than just a regular service greeter.

call another dealer and ask what the wait time for the part would be. there could be a nationwide delay on the part. if they say within a few days call your dealer and ask what the hold up is
