Did you put the old ones back in to see if it wasn't just those bulbs?

Yeah, put the stock lights back in and take it to the dealer.

Be like "I don't know what happened... WTF?"

is this a common problem? same thing happened to my license plate lights. I had to pull on the wire and mess with it a bit before it would constantly stay on after I slam my trunk. I would take it into scion and ask them why it's so shotty

if the stock one works after putting back in, then its the bulb...some are cheap bulbs, try another brand of super white....

What the dealers don't know won't hurt you.

no.. the dealer will look at it and say.. you messed with this didn't you?

and you'll deny it..
and then they'll be like...

ok... it'll cost you $60 to fix.
and then you pay it... and when you look back at it.. all they did was fasten something that came loose...

sheesh man... just fix what you broke.

warranty covers defects.... you are the defect... not the car... i don't think the dealership can fix you under warranty.

If nothing happened, then it would be a defect.

It doesn't hurt to go have the dealership look at it. If they say they can fix it, ask if it's under warranty. If they say no, drive away. You would be out what, the $2 for gas?

Geez Trung... you are in some mood lately eh?

For some reason, this post reminds me that one day I want to do a 4-Rotor swap into a brand new Corvette and then take it in for an oil change.

I mean, how priceless would it be to see the guys face when a totally different motor is there!
