Would you give your 2 day old tC to a valet attendant?
Having chronic health problems, I'm at the hospital often. A lot of hospitals have turned to Valet parking and reserve the nearby spot for cancer and heart out patients, etc. I would trust a hospital valet, but not a restraunt valet in Chicago. I alway check the milage before and after I use Valet parking.

I used to work at a Condo in one of the richest parts of Miami Beach and I would trust any of my old coworkers to park my car. Even though we all love our car, its only 16k and compared to parking AMG cars, ///m Cars, countless lexus's, 70k range rovers, and every high end nissan, never did we have a problem. The only problem that I recall was when one of the valet (short and light guy ) parked the car up to the bump in front of the parking space, and then a heavier taller guy went to get it (it was a modded BMW lowred to hell with a front lip spoiler), the spoiler scratched cause the dude weighed more than the other guy. If you guys have neons under the car be sure to tell the guys as we sometimes have to rush to get the cars and fly through ramps and that could mess with the neon underbody.
Another big thing to remember is to give a nice tip, usually a 4-5$ tip up front will reasure you quick service and a good spot that is faster to retrieve. If you are a big spender, when one of my favorite big spender tenants used to come he would give me $20 and believe me he got a nice parking and got his car faster than the rest of the people, also he was given priority than whoever was waiting first.

What is all this "it's only a tC" bullsh*t.... If my car got a ding from a valet opening a door too damn fast, that would ____ me off. I, for one, respect my car and I do not regret my desicion to buy one..... I work my a$$ off to pay for it too. If those people were able to afford Porsche Carrera's, you woudn't hear them saying.... "it's only a Carerra", "it's only a ding in the door".... Same principle. Show some respect for your cars. If you don't, then chances are you dont deserve them.

I wouldn't let anyone drive your car if you can help it. I worked at a car stereo shop where we had to drive to cars to a bigger garage for the big jobs. The guys would kill any car that looked somewhat fast. Same with the body shop next door. When they test drove the cars they killed em. I could never do that to other peoples car except for the one SL600... was too tempting.
HEL NO! especially valey people. I have seen how they drive other peoples cars. In fact i went to a casino and they had valet..and half the guys driving would take the cars and peel or floor it right in front of the owners! i would never trust valet drivers...because you never know what they will do. Like Kelly Osbourne said on The Osbournes on MTV " The Valet Driver Just Farted In My Car!!!

I do not like Valet parking regardless of the place. I've seen too many people that are jaded in their jobs, regardless of the profession. Also, the last time i was in attended parking, it loked like they had rifled through my receipts and stuff...

I seem to have extra-bad luck with valets. The only times I've used them is when I was driving a rental car anyway, and with a rental I will probably continue to use them, but without fail they will lose the key or lock it in the car or have an accident with it or just give me really bad service (once they left the car where I got out of it without even parking it in the valet lot!). I must have bad valet karma... maybe I was an auto thief in a previous life or something...
