all this happened on my PROM NIGHT/DAY
busted my lip open when my face hit the steering wheel.

 

so clearly your hit an suv..... how is it you noticed her eyes looking in the rear view mirror? im sorry about your car, but next time worry about paying attention to how close you are to her back bumper instead of if shes checking you out in her mirror or not.

i hear ya though about crazy people out there.. i had one guy purposely trying to make me catch every light.. would accelerate like mad, then when i got to the light he kept slamming on his brakes.. i made all the lights, when he found i actually wasn't getting caught he took off.. i didn't do anything to the guy.. i have lots of stories like this..

but yeah I've seen the people who look up into their rear view mirror, you know they are just about to do something..

i have noticed that some people drive aggressively when the tC is around.. It's like they are jealous.. if i pull up in my dad's sienna (whenever I'm home).. i don't see this type of behavior..

but be thankful that the tC is probably totalled, since insurance will pay (just hold out and make them pay you what it's worth, the insurance co. will play games with you.. seen this before too!!) and then you can go get another one..

 

u wanna talk about stupid and crazy? I was going to denny's tonight and this stupid lady in a bust old car wouldn't give me any room on the entrance on ramp. Now this ramp is huge 3 cars can fit if they wanted to. I looked at her and she mean mugged me so i mean mugged her back. I creeped up slowly onto the ramp making sure i had room and just let her hear my TRD exhaust just to make her **** jealous!

 

If you could see her looking at you in her rear view mirror, AND, you couldn't stop before hitting her, then you were riding her ___ to close.

If a kid/dog/something else ran in front of her and she had to do that, you would have hit her in that scenario as well. Then you would have been ticketed as causing an accident. Then your insurance would damn near triple.

People riding my ___ is absolutely my biggest pet peeve. Even if im following somebody at 35, i give them 2-2.5 car lengths

 

there is not way you can do tat much damage tailgating someone.

"the known and all the other who think i was on her ___ or that im just an idiot" - i was NOT. we were going about 40 mph and you just dont understand...she LITERALLY SLAMMED on her brakes. i dont know if you've noticed this but i did on my tC whenever i drove it, that the brakes arent THAT great...at all...in fact they kind of SUCK. and no she was not driving an SUV, she was driving a 2002 Ford Taurus.
and yes, i used to be best friends with her until me and her kept getting into fights abt stupid ____ so i stopped talking to her, i hadnt talked to her in a year and then that happened yesterday.
and once again Yes, i did see her look at me in her rear view mirror, when we were STOPPED at a STOP sign, exiting my neighborhood, soon after we turned right onto a main street after exiting the neighborhood is when she deliberately slammed on her brakes.

 

Maybe she saw a squirrel? Even so, its not like her car is undamaged. This also goes to show everyone that revenge is a b!tch so don't leave relationships unresolved or people will do evil things to you.

 

I also wrecked my scion TC, some 17 year old boy was drunk and made a left hand turn infront of me and i smashed him. he was at fault.. this happend march 22nd and i still havent gotten my car back because it is difficult for them to find parts for it.. it doesnt look like much but it was 9k worth of damage.

first off, sorry to hear about your bad luck. yea, i noticed that people drive aggressive when they're around me. jus now on the drive home, stupid guy in a accord with his girl in the car were shadowing me the whole time... first he sniffed my ___ for about 5 mins, then cut into my blind spot (and stayed there) eventually passed me by 1 car's length, and then dropped down his speed. maybe he was just a retarded driver, but i see this more and more often.

I'm wondering, do you have a picture of her ford rear end? i'd like to see the damage that was done to her car. just curious. you should have pictures for the insurance company already, just to cyoa.

i didnt happen to get a pic of her car but the bumper was MAYBE dented, Definitely NOT cracked at all, all it needs is a new paint job. and not to sound like a _____ about it but it was honestly because i didnt give a ____ about it. all i could do was look at my car and then id start freakin out. i didnt give a ____ because whether she didnt like me anymore or NOt, she didnt even have the NERVE to get out and ask to see if i was okay after she deliberately did that, and saw how much damage she REALLY did to my car.

 

So you are saying that she drove off? Why don't you go to her house and beat the crap out of her?
