well see what happens.
ive got everything sorted out in the bay now. (basically un-tucking wires) lol
im gonna pick up some WD40 tomm, blast the fuse box with the air compressor, hit it with some WD40, then blast it again with the air compressor, and im gonna try to clean up the relays real good with a wire brush.
if that doesnt work, then ill be scoping out junkyards all day fri to try and find a replacement fuse block.

But once it displaces all the water to unknown places, then you have WD40 everywhere, which is also conductive.

i have a buddy who just finished turbo'ing his civic. its prob 250HP max, and he wants to sell it already.
FWD turbos suck. lol
i wanna get something RWD or AWD and i also wanna pick up an older civic to have as a reliable DD.
like i said, well see what happens tonight.
Sucks your going through this sht with the car, but thinking about a part out is extreme.
Keep on taking stabs at it until you get it fixed, and you will get it fixed so long as you WANT to. I have almost given up on alot of stuff with the car and figure half way through that it was way more trouble than what it will be worth, but eh. I end up doing it anyway.
Although you're right, FWD turbo cars do indeed suck. But that doesn't mean you need to have a civic for a reliable car. Keep the tc (not sure if you're wanting to get rid of it cause you owe alot though).
I want to trade my car in for a RWD or AWD also.. just whenever the time is right.
Now get to gettin, lol.
In the case you don't get it figured out, dibs on the a, b and c pillars. And maybe the gauge cluster/waterfall pieces/door handle pieces for experimenting with.
