never said i was gonna do a color that hadnt been done.
but i dont think that any other colors are anywhere near as played out as "takata" green or whatever you wanna call it. (besides black, gold, bronze, and silver)

and since ill be getting new rims, i think im gonna go with a custom color and have them powdercoated so no one can truly bite my style. haha

damniiittt.
just remember that my gauges are green.
i could deal with keeping the green takatas and just repaint the waterfall.

even though the gauges are only green cuz of the filter i dont feel like having it changed.

maybe ill keep green after all and just ride out the fad. haha

For the record, I almost gave Cory a ticket for being to low on Saturday. I can barely get my foot under his bumper.

And yea, parked vehicles can get ticketed for whatever. My roommate got a ticket for no front plate on his tC... in a parking garage, with the front bumper against the wall...

That ishh is a joke..

That's exactly like when I got pulled over 2 months ago..a police officer took the time out of his day to give me two tickets.

One for excessive tint..keep in mind..$150..and 2 points off of my license.
And the other for no front license plate. Another $150.

I can't take it anymore.
It's your fault for having tint where tint isn't legal and for not having a front plate. Don't blame the cop because you don't know how to obey the rules.
I'd have to agree with ya carbon... dont play the game if you're not willing to pay the price if you get caught.... those are some serious $$ for those kinds of offenses. I know from being an officer before, the tint thing isn't just for the law to get ya.... it is mainly for officer safety. If they approach a vehicle with dark tint and can not clearly see what is going on in the car someone could be holding or pointing a weapon. that's the reason for the stiff fine....and same goes for the front plate in a state where it is issued and required to display. So an officer can call in a vehicle from being in front of them in traffic, or an approaching vehicle.

And the reason for enforcing rideheight/bumper height is safety. Big rig trucks all have to have a bar that hangs down the in the rear so that when compact cars rear end them the car doesnt end up going under the trailer decapitating the passengers (yes because it has heppened). If you want to have illegal equipment, not wear your seatbelt, speed etc...just deal with the tickets and write your congressman..cops will continue to protect and serve.

dark tint and no front plate :\

speaking of which, been rocking too dark of tint & no front plate in ma for a couple months now with no issues.

<3 my AZ plate. cops stare at my car coming toward them like *oooo, no plate!* then i pass them and see them turn away.

Should look into re-registering in a different state yellow, like one with less rules, lol
