your forum isn't going to take off unless you remove your **** rules about needing to register to view the forums.

There is nothing **** about the forums, i promise you that. People are lazy and most like to just view the forums. We would like them to join and be a part of the club, we have a lot to offer there and we will be making our own parts for the car, its only fair that if we provide such a site with good info and plan to do a lot for the tc people then they should join the site.

If you dont join it just means you dont care enough and thats fine with me. I want people who do care and to join only takes less then a minute so thats no excuse.

BTW, we had over 60 people join today alone so i think the site will take off just fine.

You dont have to join if you dont want to, its a free country but you will be missing out

Calling me lazy.... Yeah, that sure makes me want to join... Registration doesn't mean a greater participation. Registration has kept me from joining your site, I would rather visit a few times and see what its like before I add ANOTHER user & password that I've got to keep track of.

One of the strengths of the ScionLife forum is the xA and xB users. There are a large number of talented people here who have actually DONE something to their cars (Engine, ICE, wheels, etc) and much of it is applicable to the tC. Same with some of the vendors and Scion dealers here. There are some amazing examples of custom interior and exterior work, and modifications that I have never seen on the other sites. The dealers and vendors here have provided a ton of useful information (thanks McGeorge, thanks Rich@KM Scion, and the others...)

The new "tC only" sites seem to have a very small number people who have any automotive background at all, let alone worked on thier own cars. To some extent, it's a case of the blind leading the blind. The vast majority of discussion that occurs on these sites have already been covered, in length, on this forum.

I really don't see how your "exclusive member" site could be any better than the other tC only sites. It looks to me like you're recruting users to get your advertising and donation numbers up.

Just my $.02...Peace

To each his own, everyone who has joined likes it, thats all, if you dont want to then dont join.

We made a great site, i am not going to try to convince you to join if you dont want to. But until you join and see what happens over there you cant say what we have or dont have or compare it to any other site, that would be more like the blind leading the blind.

Just for your information all the mods on our site including myself have probably over 30-40 years combined of experience when it comes down to fixing up our cars.

To each his own.

I dont have to...maybe cause I use Mozilla, not crapy internet explorer or AOL. Jeez, people the site's not that bad. Yes its no SL, but then again, no site is comparible to SL, its at a level of its own.

I dont have to log in each time either, it could be your computer settings, check it out.

If that is the only issue people are having i cant fix it for you because its not something that i can do. It is either the program you are using or your computer settings that deletes your cookies each time to go on the site.

Anyhow i am sorry if some of you dont like it, i guess you cant make everyone happy but you guys also seem very bitter for some reason. Its only a website, no reason to get mad because you dont want to join it but you want to view it.

Thanx

Just testdrove the tc and put a deposit on it. So our project car will be here soon.

Parts to come.

Exhaust
Cold Air intake
Full length headers (race headers)
Turbo Kit
Custom Body kit.

I will update everyone once we get going on this and will post up updates on www.clubtcforums.com so check it often.

Thanx

I am not going to make them work together, 2 different products.

That would just be the product line that we will be making for the tC which will be sold to the public.
