Im getting an new Scion tC in 1 week!!!

now i know there is a cord so that you can play your iPod on your stereo...but is there one compatible with the new microsoft Zune???

 

I don't think so but you can use the aux. Who would want a zune anyway.

 

yeah you can use the aux input that comes with all scions stock. it wont let you control the mp3 player from the HU, but itll work. just go out to radioshack and buy a cable to connect it up.

 

I bought my cable at Wal-Mart for five bucks, and I'm blown away about how nice this thing sounds.
It's a heck of a lot better then the good old FM modulator I've used.

As far as a Zune dedicated connection, they've only had a 2% market share so far, so it’s gonna be awhile till you see it in a Scion or any car for that matter.

 

i just got it because i wanted a bigger screen than the iPod has 4 movies...its pretty nice...

 

haha in my old car i had to use a mp3 cable to a tapedeck adapter. good times.

there's mine. I'm not quite sure why everyone knocks the zune. Anyone care to elaborate as to why it is a turd. Mine works flawlessly. I also own a sansa, and I have used Iods in the past. The zune is by far may favorite. It has a better screen by far than the Ipod, the software has no frills, the interface is easy to use, and it's reasonably priced.

 

Love my Zune. I don't even bother with CD's any more. I got my cable for $12 at Radio Shack. It's 1/8" to 1/8" standard audio cable. Same one that the I(paid a lot of money for a marketing gimmick)Pod uses.

Just Google Zune reviews and see why it blows. I know when I had one in hand, I had to laugh at not only the pathetic (once again) ripoff of the iPod, but crappy software and system errors on the test PC.

I won't even go into the BROWN TURD version...

Bottom line, if you like it, then rock on.

You act as if the Zune runs Windows or something..which is actually not as bad as you make it out to be. If it were, the world would be in chaos as most of the world's computers are running Windows. Just because you can't manage to get the hang of a GUI doesn't mean something sucks.

Not everyone wants to pay more money for the same product that's been re-released 6 or 7 different times over the last few years. God forbid the Zune have more features than the IPod while costing the same as Apple's comparable models. That would be an ISin.

FYI...the Zune is actually a Samsung Gigabeat in Microsoft clothing.

Now I have to go watch a movie on my 3" screen.

EDIT: Yeah...look at the IPhone. It costs $500 w/ 2 yr contract, from no one else but Cingular...no 3G...no Bluetooth...no 3rd party software. Yeah...seems like a great idea to pay that much for a phone that's using 3 year old technology. But then again, I suppose if you're buying IPod's...that idea doesn't seem so stupid.
