Default 18x7.5 with Eibach pro-kit springs

I'm looking at some Enkei EVO 5 wheels in a 18x7.5.. I have Eibach pro-kit springs which is around 1.3" or so drop all around. there are two offsets available for this wheel. 35 or 45 .. What tire size and offset would be the best to go with.

from experience, go w/ the 35. If you went w/ the 45, the fronts would rub against your calipers

Nice wheels. I am looking at a set of RP03's but having a hard time to decide between 18's and 19's

Well I have 5Zigen 18x7.5 w/ a 35mm offset and 225/40/18's. The fronts are fine but the rear tires are about 1/6 of an inch too wide. Ended up rolling the rear fenders.

So would a 215/40/18 solve that issue?

why should 45's rub? doesn't 45 bring it farther from the caliper then 35mm offset?
