Default About them ingall camber bolts

i notice this when i installed my camber bolts not too long ago and noticed it again today when i was readjusting camber..

after setting my desired camber (max neg of course), i notice there was some play in the camber, like i could move still the rotors, rotating it maybe 2 degrees up and down (pivoting about the bottom strut bolt). is that normal? for now i just set it so the rotor is in the highest position (max camber).

What torque did you tighten the bolts to? I know my NAPA bolts have their own torque spec that's different(higher actually, maybe 150 ft-lb) from factory.
