Default AEM Dryflow question

Hey guys I know this might be a reallly dumb question but I need your help on it. I am planning to replace my HPS Intake filter with the AEM Dryflow one and I know it takes 3" Inlet but which AEM Filter should I get: The 5" element or 9" element? What is the difference between those and which is better?

those sizes are for "height" of the cone (remember your geometry from high school). i say get one that is about the same size as your HPS filter and youll be safe

if it helps the filter for the AEM CAI is a 5"

I can almost assure you it's a 5" element.
