Default Alignment question for lowered 05 Scion tC

The shop I took my car to told me they won't do the alignment unless I get Front Caster/Camber Plates and Rear adjustable controls arms...

I'm not sure what brand or what to get... I'm not wanting anything super expensive, it's not a competition car. I'm not savvy when it comes to suspensions, I've been through 3 sets of tires since January. Really want something affordable.

Any suggestions?

I found this on Amazon?

The shop that did my alignment was able to get everything aligned without any additional parts. I'm dropped on kW coilovers. I haven't had any abnormal or excessive tire wear and it's been over a year.
