Annoying brake swishing sound

Default Annoying brake swishing sound

Sup peeps,

I have this brake problem, or im assuming its the brakes. I noticed when driving with the windows down that the only way i can describe it as a swishing sound at both tires. Swish swish swish swish

Any idead what this could be?

Warped rotors. Your rotors are rubbing against the pads as it rotates. If their brand new, may just need a week or so to run in. No hard braking during this time to avoid warping issues.

I thought so too, but i just had the pads repplaced a few weeks ago and had the rotors refaced

the place that resurfaced ur rotors might not have done a good job... that was what happened to mine... if u get new rotors now at baxters or autozone, it costs just as much as resurfacing so u might as well get new ones each time

Any vibration in the brake pedal or steering wheel? (this could only happen at certain speeds/brake pressures)
If yes then your rotors are warped.

well it used to vibrate and there was movement in the pedal, thats why i went to check em out. After like 2 weeks the sounds started. And where im at no autozone costs 50 dollars to resurface to disks here so still cheaper but i guess you get what you pay for. But this asliand doesnt have ____
