Default ATTN Techs: Steering rack Adjustment?

In response to the recent TSB regarding the possibly faulty steering rack and pump.......does anyone know how it would be possible to tighten up the steering rack?

---Supposedly my dealer did this to my car when I 1st received it after complaining about the steering being sloppy.....it actually worked but IDK what he did! The steering it self became a little stiffer ( i was complaining about wandering - especially @ highway speeds) and their fix worked...for a while.

---Is there a bolt or rod on the rack that can be adjusted to stiffen loosen the steering?

my rack is getting loose again and I'd like to get this done before i go on a long trip, i dont have time for the dealers TSB now

All I know is there are 4 bolts that hold the streering rack in place. If you D/L the Hotchkis sway bar iinstall guide it shows you in there where they are and how many ft-pounds those bolts need.
