I haven't used the Progressive sways, but I can tell you the Hotchkis/TRD rear sway bar is awesome.

As is their front strut brace.

Hotchkis is front and rear bars..progress is rear only.

How much do you want to spend, what are you doing with the car, and how do you feel about dropping the front subframe to install the front bar? Those are the questions that are most important.

I am going to write up an article tomorrow comparing the TRD and Hotchkis sways, since I have had both on my car's.

I ordered the Progress Tech rear sway and should have it on by next Monday. I'll post some pics and describe the new ride. I'm currently running Tein Superstreets w/ pillowball uppermounts and 18 x 8.5 Axis's w/ Nitto neo gens.

got the progress sway bar on the other day.. it really pulls the suspension together, cornering is noticeably better, only slightly stiffer. however, the directions said you need some type of spacer to put the bar on either of the extreme settings ?? (its currently on the middle setting, there's one to the left and one to the right). there's also some random pics here.. enjoy!

I have had the Hotchkis sways and now have the trd rear sway. Both make the car feel great. The Hotchkis will give you a much rougher ride though.
