Bakes
What kind of driving do you do? If it is just a daily driver with no track/autocross plans, stick with all OEM stuff. No reason to bother changing to anything else.
But the question would be... do you NEED to switch now? Are your pads low? Rotors warped/pitted?

Ans.Yes need brakes now like wow and for some reason which is odd the front rotors are warped hmmm and my driving Hmmmmm yea some times speedy but i fell the TC doesn't stop the way it should though so any makes or brands
If your rotors are warped and you don't think the tC has enough stopping power, you might be expecting a bit too much from them and are being a bit hard on them.
Also check to see if your lugs are torqued properly. If they're too tight or not all the same, I've read that can cause some warpage.
That said... I'd still go with OEM rotors. You're not going to notice any performance gain from drilled/slotted in daily driving. Ever.
Pads... that's up to you. I have Axxis Ultimates all the way around and they're dusty as F&%$! I like the little bit of extra stopping power, but I still haven't convinced myself the dust is worth it.
Just about any aftermarket pad is going to have dust/noise issues. I really don't think the OEM pads were that bad. I autocrossed on them for about a season and a half and had no problems. They still lasted to about 65k miles (and had plenty of pad left when I voluntarily changed everything out).
If you want a little better pedal feel, also consider some stainless steel lines. They're easy to swap and can make a nice difference by taking some of the squish out of the pedal. Just make sure you bleed the crap out of the lines afterwards.
