TRD makes breaks, but I am sure they are just rebadged hawks i believe. You can find them on trdsparks.com

TRD branded pads are very, very similar to Axxis Ultimates . Its a high bite pad but on the dusty side. If you want something with more OEM level bite with lo dust theres Axxis Deluxe Plus and Hawk HPS although Hawk does not have rear pads for the tC at the moment. Both Axxis options are available for both front and rear.

Who said anything about "needing" new parts? The parts are mostly installed for the added performance ...not necessarily becauae the stock stuff was worn out.

don't ever buy the Hawk HPS. My front wheels are FILTHY all the god damned time now. And they squeel. God I hate them so much... can anyone recommend an actual LOW DUST pad?

I highly doubt you got HPS if they are dirty and squealing. Id put $50 on you having HP+ pads which are dusty and noisy and basically designed for Autocross. You might want to look into the Axxis Deluxe Plus pads. Low noise, low dust and cheap!

i had to go check the box my pads came in, yeah they're HPS compound, and they squeal... they're dusty, but about the same as any other pad i've ever had. i do want to check out those Axxis ones, though.

Yeah the ultimates are great. Noisy and dusty but they stop really well.

I agree with instigator about the deluxe pads. Sold them to a friend of mine and they're a relatively quiet and low dust pad compared to the norm.

If you decide on TRD here's a link to them. $38.99.
