UPDATE:
Well it turns out that I had a defective tire causing all the vibration! It would become more evident at higher and lower speeds. But not in the middle speeds. Just vibrating on that frequency. I had the tires warrantied, and no more problems! Finally smooth riding!

So there's your update. All fixed

HEY JAMAR WHEN YOU SAID THAT YOU HAD A FROZEN CALIPER PISTON DO YOU MEAN THAT WHEN YOU STEPPED ON THE BRAKES AND LET GO THE BRAKES DIDNT RETRACT? I THINK I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE WITH MY BRAKES, THE FRONT CALIPERS ARE BRAKING BUT ARENT RETRACTING LIKE THEIR SUPPOSE TO AND ITS CAUSING MY BRAKES TO SQUEAK LIKE HELL.

warped rotors cause vibrations at high speeds and not at low, tire(s) could also be out of round and or you need a re-balance on one of them.
