Default Bushings almost installed. need clarification

I'm doing the rear arm suspension assembly right now, the pair that is closer to the front of the car. Do i just push out the rubber and the center sleeve or do i also push out the the metal sleeve that is between the assebmly and the oem bushing? Where did you guys find pipes with the specified sizes to aid in pressing it out?

if all else fails, use fire. take the part off the car, burn out the bushing, and then install the new ones.

i've burnt out the rear sub frame bushings, I just don't know if i have to pull out the metal sheet for the suspension assembly. I guess i'll just have to test fit the new bushings. Thanks for your support drax. Did you install them as well? Its been taking me a while to torch those suckas. I just cant wait to drive it.
