thanks dude. and i'm pretty sure it'll happen to you. but if you ever feel the slightest vibration, just pull your wheel off and check everything... better to notice it sooner than later.. if your lucky, you won't have to replace the whole shaft

go to my buddy's shop in brea if you can. Imperial And Kraemer are the major cross streets. It's called charlie's auto tech. Ask for Mike, tell him Chris W referred you. Not sure on price, but he is reputable.

yea that would be the best thing. He has the knowledge and capability to do almost everything. If you can get the parts that will be even easier and faster. If you want I can give you his phone # see what he'll quote you.

yea. I Im pretty sure he can get it on one of his racks. He has a slammed dakota that is all dragged out that he works on there.

He's real careful (they wont even adjust your seats if they have to drive the car around the back just to avoid the hassle for you, hahaha).

alright for sure dude.. thanks a lot!! anyway, i won't be working on the car until friday because i have no money for parts.. i got a quote for just $60 though.. and that's the shop i got my tires mounted on my volks.. but i'll hit up that shop and see what's crack'n..

IM SOOO SAAAAAAAAAAD!! NO CAR!! Im stuck at home.. but my friend picked me up to get my wheels checked if it was unbalanced and my friend at the shop said that it was probably my axle.. D:

 

explain the vibrations u felt. was it only during a certain mph range?

 

accelerating.. pretty much any time i step on the gas.. and it's the worst at 45-65 mph.. i'll hopefully get on this as soon as my paycheck comes in..
