Ceramic vs Non-Ceramic Pads
The life of the stock rotors or any rotor wont be significantly effected by using axxis ultimates vs stock or HPS, etc. The only time you would really see accelerated rotor wear would be if you were using a true track/race pad at low temperatures, and even then we are talking weeks of use before it would become obvious.
As far as the question of "what pads would I use", its really a matter of what I want from the pad. If I wanted a lot of bite and a pad that could handle aggressive driving, and AutoX, I'd probably go with Axxis Ultimate or Hawk HP+, knowing that I would be getting more dust than OEM and some noise. If i wanted a nice middle of the road performance pad with moderate dust and low noise, Id look into something like Hawk HPS, where if I wanted absolutely no dust in a super quiet pad, Id go toward the Axxis Deluxe Plus.
I cant say what exactly is the right pad for you and what you want, but what I can say is that a pad that is used in the conditions its designed for and well bed in to start with using our recommended procedure here: http://www.stoptech.com/tech_info/wp...contents.shtml will offer the best performance with the longest life with the least likely chance of any excessive noise or vibrations.

Yes, D+ are labelled as organic....whatever that means
Like I said before, buy a pad that has the chracteriscs you are looking for. If its make of sawdust and elmers glue, but does exactly what you want, then who cares whats its made of.

I'm actually going to go with the axxis XBG.
They are in between the ultimates (most bite and most harsh) and the deluxe (least bite and least harsh).
