Coilover spring makes popping noise? Help?
When I turn the wheel, the spring on the coilover moves and makes a popping noise, I have tightened the perches pretty good, that kind of helps, but a day or two later it is back to making the noise. Any idea ? Maybe there is something I didn't tighten down?

Usually due to spring binding (torrington bearings can be used if that is the case), but more info is needed.
1) What type of coilovers?
2) How low?
3) Does it happen more when moving slowly?
With some setups, the front sway will contact the tie rod. This happens more when rolling and turning to full lock. It will make a loud pop when it slides back off the tie rod as you straighten the wheel out. Could be that as well.
