cutting springs
The only car I ever cut the springs on was a 1972 Volkswagen Beetle. No big deal since it already drove like a wagon and I was flat broke. Don't cut springs on a vehicle you care about. Save up a little money for a good set.
I think we need a thread on what not to do to your car or a what to do to get flamed thread!
Please for safety dont do this. Its a terrible idea. TRD is good and inexpensive. Post in your local forum as well if you need install help. Its not hard and someone will be willing to help.
