what usually breaks on the endlinks? Is it the spherical part or the rod itself? And would it be possible to cut the stock ends off and weld on a thicker grade 8 bolt the same distance as the stock endlinks? This was the ends are constantly lubricated and it might stop the noise.
I sacrificed a comfortable daily driver for performance. My girlfriend complains about it a lot. I don't care. It's my car and it's how I want it and she knows she has to deal with it. Do the same with your girlfriend. Problem solved.
My progress standard sway bar did. My TRD didn't, now that I think about it. The Progress has similar endlinks to the DG bar and the TRD uses stock.

I ask, because I had the exact same problem with the Progress bar / Dezod end links "clunking" after installing, re-installing them etc... everything was tight but, my bar was at too steep of an angle, which I hadn't noticed while laying on the ground under my car at a weird angle myself until I got a better look at the whole thing one day and realized that I was at like a 35 degree angle approx. under the car it looked ok to me
I did this, and it was night and day. The clunking significantly left and perhaps under some real uneven parking lot surfaces or roads while driving slow may hear a little of it, but nothing annoying like it used to be. Also, the performance of the sway bar greatly improved!
The end links took a while to dial-in in any case. I had to re-adjust the end links numerous times to get the spacing right and side angle as straight a possible to not interfere with the bar. That also helped the performance and clunking.
Oh thank the Lord I found a thread with people sharing the same issue. I couldn't have agreed more with the OP. I started to really consider going back to stock. I had this bar since Dezod sold it.
I am experiencing the same issue, clunking and squeaking. In the beginning, I only had squeaking but now I have clunking to go along with the squeak. The clunking appears to be coming more so from the left side of my car. I figured something was loose, so I re-tightened everything but the noise still remained. I also thought it was the endlinks because they were so rusty but if I remember correctly, I switch the endlinks but the clunking was still there. I have lots of play on the left side. For example, I can move the bar slightly up and down on the left side, even with the endlinks tightened.
I have no idea what the problem is...maybe I will try getting the rusted endlinks as leveled as possible. I also think that the hole on the sway bar might have gotten bigger through wear and tear.
What I have done for the squeaking:
-I tried lubricating the heck out of the bushings with the lube that came with the bar.
-I tried applying anti seize.
-I tried wrapping Teflon tape around the bar and applied silicon lube, it kept my car squeak free for a week but the squeak eventually came back...I saw the most success with teflon tape but disappointingly, it was short lived
I wish Dezod would chime in on this thread.

^ I don't accept that. There is no reason for clunking or squeaking when the bar is properly seated and the endlinks properly adjusted. I've had the DG sway bar for over a year and a half, never had any strange noise issues.
I did add two washers on each side to ensure a clean fit. Try doing the same and see if that fixes your problem.

Same issue on mine with Hotchkis bar and Dezod end links. I'm gonna to get another set of end links due to the fact that one is bent at the lollypop. The problem with mine, besides the bend, is that the hardware likes to come loose. I'm gonna Loc-Tight it once I get new links. Keep in mind, spherical bearings will fail over time, especially with the loads that's placed on them like on suspensions. We use spherical bearings on the helicopters I work on for the Army and they go bad too due to forces on them. It happens. Just keep checking the attachment hardware for tightness and try some Loc-Tight too. It'll help the nut from backing off the bolt. Good luck.

Have any of you given consideration to this? You may be able to DIY a set, but these will prevent shifting of the sway bar, in which may be what's causing the noise.

I have the progress rear sways and they use the same design adjustable endlinks as dezod and I too just started hearing the clunking noise. Turns out it's the spherical bearing that is making all that noise. It was driving me crazy so I took it to Sears where my brother works for a suspension evaluation and found out my right endlink had a lot of play in it when they shook the sway bar.
Here's a video I found and it's exactly what was wrong with mine. I just ordered a set of the dezod endlinks as well, but it looks like you guys with the DG bar have the dezod endlinks and they're making noise as well? Man, I guess after I install them it'll only be a matter of time before it starts making the noise again...oh well we'll see.
