Default Eibach Pro-Kit

y0 Fellow Scioners! lol

anyways my question, and hopefully you guys are able to help,

Majority of the scion owners on scionlife either own or have tried TEIN, HOTCHKIS, TRD, and misc springs.

Looking at past and recent post there in't much said about the Eibach Springs on a tC.

So i decided to be different and ordered Eibach. I heard from fellow friends and what not that these eibach springs are real good.

i dont want a major drop since i have 18's coming in.

So what springs do you guys have and hows the feel of it?
For those who have the Eibach pro-kit how is your Feel of it?

thanks,

p.s. HIN is coming up and i need to get ready

j/k...I'm actually interested in seeing people's feedback on the Eibachs...I haven't ever sold them and haven't met anyone who's used them so I have no idea what they are like

Eibach has "proline" and "sportline" springs, and it's my understanding that the sportlines give a larger drop than proline. That was certainly the case when I had their proline on my old Sentra (loved those springs) for a 1" drop, compared to sportline which would have given me 2".

I read that the TRW springs are actually produced by Eibach. Considering the drop they provide, and their compression rate, I wouldn't be surprised if Eibach proline for tC is same as the TRW springs, except a different color.

I'm loving my Pro-Kits. Feels as if the car should've come like that from the factory. Not sure if this is true or not, but I've read in a couple forums that TRD used the eibachs for their springs. Could be true since the drop seems identical. At any rate. You'll notice the difference once you get them in.

Well I know I might be a little late.. but I have the Eibach Prokit (I like the drop it gave me, from about a 4 finger space to a 2 or less finger space) and Hotchkis sways front and rear set to the stiffest settings and I must say the ride is perfect IMO.

It feels similar to stock on the freeway and can handle decent size bumps. I couldn't handle the body roll around corners when it was stock and I must say that combo eliminated about 90% of it. I personally wouldn't set it less than track? setting on the sways because the ride is just fine with it in that setting.

I'm no autocrosser but initial turn in is great and once the car settles in the corner it just grips. It almost feels like a 50/50 weight distrobution. The car, if it was going to slide, would slide straight sideways and not under/overstear.

The only complant I have from them is theres more raddles from it all in the interior... maybe thats from the 12" L7 but who knows haha.
