I always wanted strut bars in my car, so Im going to buy a front strut bar, I was thinking in the Red TRD one.. but I wanna know which other good options I have.. any recommendations?, If you have installed pics I would appreciate it

They are all the same, pick one that looks cool. Mine came with a TRD.

 

they dont too much. so just pick the best looking and cheapest one.

 

Agree, they don't do a lot since our strut tower is tied into the firewall.

 

oh.. I thought it improve the way you take curves.. but in that case I would buy the best it looks in my car.. that's why I wanna see some pics.

I have the TCSportline one off of eBay, cheapest one at 35 shipped, plus its GOLDDD. All strut bars are the same really, a piece of metal connecting the strut towers. They do nothing for performance and only make the engine bay prettier.

I wouldn't pay over 50 for a strut bar. Buy the cheapest one you like and paint it if the color doesn't tickle your fancy.

go with ebay. anywhere between 30-50 bucks for a cheap strut bar, and the 2 main ones they sell on ebay are the megan knock off and tanabe knock off.

Considering the strut bar will do absolutely nothing, just get the one you think looks best.

 

i beg to differ. i noticed a difference when i installed my Hotchkis front strut bar about 3yrs ago. my front end doesnt "roll" up when taking turns anymore. i took it off for a week and put it back on and it does something. Nothing "drastic" but noticeable when installed. here's my Hotchkis strut bar...
